We created the new brand of a catering service based in Madrid. The brand name and visual identity combine the ancient ingredient used before lemon spread in the European gastronomic world. Agraz is the very first fermentation of the non-mature grapes when they are still green. Agraz was a daily product since Roman times and was used widely from the middle age to the XVII century. The acid and bitter taste inspire the shapes of the logotype, while the visual identity offers a complex mosaic of shapes that remember the diversity of tapas, snacks, kitchen tools and processes.
