2017

Reproducir vídeo

Short video filmed in Kakuma(Kenya) and Arua(Uganda) for Oxfam and the IRC. The film highlights the plight, resilience and solidarity of 9 South Sudanese refugees who fled their country for a better life and was shot for World Refugee Day 2015.

The short film highlights their struggles since the conflict broke out in December 2013 in the world’s youngest nation. Struggling to rebuild their lives, they were determined to develop a better future for themselves, their families, and their nation. They remind the world that we are not dissimilar: they, too, have dreams, aspirations, and names.
