Once again, we collaborated with the Biodiversity Foundation of the Spanish Ministry of the Environment to help them migrate the Spanish Aquaculture Observatory website from Drupal to WordPress.

We analyzed the existing data model to design a new database tailored to the institution’s current needs. To do so, we removed and added new fields to adapt to the requirements of the new user experience, especially those of search engines.

The new user experience combines: outreach narratives for all audiences, data visualization of the Spanish aquaculture system, and a powerful database with advanced search engines for projects and agents from the Spanish aquaculture network.
