PROGRAMME

The “Stemming Irregular Migration from Northern and Central Ethiopia – SINCE” Programme is funded by the European Trust Fund for Africa with a total budget of 20 million Euros at its disposal. The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation manages the project through the Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa alongside the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

The SINCE Programme aims to reduce the causes of irregular migration from Northern and Central Ethiopia by increasing employment opportunities for youth, women, potential migrants and returnees.
